We believe in responsible sourcing, so Cavall toys are made in factories that are certified to meet stringent auditing requirements for code-of-conduct and quality management systems.

Sourcing the right materials is just the start. Finished goods are 100% scanned for metal foreign objects and quality is verified before shipment by our OWN Quality Control employees on location. Our testing procedures include bite and tear testing performed both mechanically and with actual dogs, fabric colorfastness (to resist color transfer to carpets or upholstery) and machine washability.

In addition to these performance tests, all Cavall toys are independent lab tested to US and International standards for over 50 substances including BPA, formaldehyde, 8 phthalates, 8 heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and chromium, and 22 different AZO dyes.
