• Play toy versus chew toy: what's the difference?

    • Cavall dog toys are made with high quality fabrics and tested for resistance, but no plush toy is indestructible. Cavall toys are play toys, not chew toys. So, when your dog is done, or you are done playing with your dog, we suggest you place the toy back in the Cavall canvas bag until your next play time. Some dogs will play fine with plush toys, others will treat them as their next meal. Always supervise their play time and choose toys that are appropriate for your dog’s strength and chew habits. We do not guarantee our toys against chewing or destructive behavior. We do, however, stand behind our construction and manufacturing standards and guarantee against manufacturer defects. 
  • Are Cavall dog toys machine washable?

    • Yes, Cavall dog toys are all machine washable. Use moderate temperature or cold program and air dry or low temperature dryer only.
  • How much does shipping cost?

    • Orders over $25 ship for FREE within the contiguous US. Orders totaling less than $25 in product value will be charged $3.99 to ship.
  • How long will it take to get my order?

    • Orders ship within 1-2 business days, but normally ship same day if ordered before 2pm PST. Economy shipping averages 5-7 days transit time once shipped. All orders receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. 
  • Where is my tracking info? How do I track my order?

  • Can you ship to my address?

    • We ship to standard residential and business addresses within the contiguous 48 United States (coast to coast).
  • My tracking shows my order as delivered but I haven't received it.

    • Sometimes shipping carriers like USPS will show a package as delivered previous to it actually being delivered. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s a good idea to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information. 
    • We are not able to guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, but we are happy to review on a case by case basis.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    • Orders are typically shipped same day, so cancellation can be tricky unless you let us know right away after placing your order. We know that life often surprises the best of us, so we will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible. Contact us here. 
  •  Can I get faster shipping?

    • We can usually expedite your shipment using a 3-day ship method for an additional charge, but this is quite expensive for most destinations. If you need a rushed shipment, please reach out to customer service for assistance.
